3 Things I Can’t Live Without as an Energy-Chasing, Holistic, Pelvic-Floor-Obsessed Mom
Let’s be real: motherhood takes everything out of you - your sleep, your snacks, your pelvic stability.
So when I say these three things are non-negotiables in my day-to-day life, I mean it.
They keep me grounded, energized, and just sane enough to raise tiny humans while building a business from my kitchen table.
1. My Espresso Machine + Organic, Mold-Free Coffee Beans
If I’m going to drink coffee (which I absolutely am), it better be good coffee. I use Kion organic beans because they’re mold-free, antioxidant-rich, and don’t leave me jittery or crashing by 10 AM. When you’re balancing toddler tantrums and Zoom calls, you need your caffeine to work, not wreck you.
2. My Medical-Grade Water Ionizer
I’m not out here drinking tap water like a peasant. My water needs to hydrate and heal. Hydrogen-rich, ionized water supports better cellular energy, reduces oxidative stress, and gives me the hydration my nervous system actually feels. Plus, it’s backed by decades of research, and I genuinely notice the difference in my skin, focus, and energy levels.
3. Magnesium (Because Happy Bowels = Happy Mom)
Let’s talk about poop. Constipation wreaks havoc on your pelvic floor, your mood, and your day. I take magnesium religiously for smoother digestion, deeper sleep, and pelvic floor support. If you’ve ever had to bounce a baby while dealing with bloating, you know this is a game changer.
Strong coffee. Hydrated cells. Happy bowels.
That’s the vibe.
These are the tools that support my energy, my body, and my sanity. They’re part of my holistic toolkit, and they’ve made motherhood -and entrepreneurship - way more manageable.
